PRIVATE DINING
Our private room is now available any day of the week. Contact us for availability. The maximum capacity for the room is 40 guests. We have a wide-screen television and HDMI set up to facilitate any PowerPoint or computer-generated presentation.
We have planned menus for every budget. Our menus are designed to be 3 or 4 course dinners, including dessert. While we have some menus that are already set, we are certainly able to craft a menu to your taste and the tastes of your guests.
We have a full selection wine list as well as large format bottles. If you have a favorite and we do not carry that selection we will do our absolute best to secure the selection from our vendors.
So – Once you have made your selections, relax and enjoy. Our team has many years in the restaurant and private party business. We look forward to the opportunity to impress you and your guests with the best party ever!

LARGE PARTY POLICIES
REQUIREMENTS:
Guest parties consisting of 13 or more are considered a private event. All private events must order from our fixed price menu options and are subject to a 22% gratuity. The selection of a tiered menu must be received no later than 5 days prior to the event. Unless approved by management, large parties are restricted from ordering a la carte.
Private events must place a minimum deposit of $400 upon booking. The deposit will be placed on a B&B gift card and redeemed at final billing. The large party deposit is nonrefundable.
Multiple reservations cannot be made for the same group. Reservations cannot be combined. Any modification to a reservation is contingent upon availability and must be approved at least 24 hours in advance by management.
Parties of 7 to 12 guests are not considered a private event but do require a deposit of $250.00 at booking. The deposit will be placed on a B&B gift card and redeemed at final billing. In the event that you must cancel, the gift card can be mailed or physically picked up at B&B. However, if you cancel the day of the reservation the gift card becomes nonrefundable. We do employ a 2-hour table time limit so we can fairly accommodate all our reservations.
Bottles & Bones does not separate individual guest checks. One check per table, please. We can divide a check into equal increments if requested.
Bottles & Bones enforces a dress code which is clearly defined and posted on our website: bottlesandbonesga.com & at our entrance. Our Policy encourages the dress of our guests to match the Bottles & Bones brand and our service standards. These requirements are in place for the enjoyment of all patrons. Please understand we encourage business casual attire.
