Modern Chophouse Bottles and Bones Will Open Mid-February in Suwanee
Bottles & Bones, a modern chophouse concept by husband and wife duo Rob and Jennifer Taranto, will open in the newly-built Solis Suwanee Town Center mid-February 2020, according to a press release Wednesday.
What Now Atlanta in 2019 first uncovered plans for the eatery.
At the helm, General Manager Emile Blau brings his experience running several steakhouses in the country, most notably a 22-year career at Bones Steakhouse.
Executive Chef Ryan Smith, formerly of Watershed on Peachtree and Food 101, and most recently ran the culinary operations at The Landings Club in Savannah, will commandeer the menu, which will feature aged prime steaks sourced from Nebraska, daily fresh seafood and a wide variety of gluten-free selections.
In addition, there will be an extensive appetizer menu, including a house-cured charcuterie board.
Diners can expect nightly specials as well as an inclusive Prime Rib dinner on Sunday and Monday nights and the house specialty Prime dry-aged Porterhouse for two on Friday and Saturday nights.
Z-Space Design created the 165-seat restaurant space with an open kitchen, 36-seat formal private dining room, 40-seat Lounge (pictured above) featuring a baby grand piano, and 16-seat bar.
Three Americana-style commissioned paintings by Atlanta artist Steve Penley finish out the design.
The Tarantos have created the kind of restaurant that they want to dine in: old-school service in an upbeat environment, with live entertainment in the lounge; one that they felt their neighborhood needed.
